Return Policy:

Returns and refunds are only issued for merchandise received in a defective or damaged state.  Customers have 5 days after receiving merchandise to alert High Tech Gamer Outlet of the problem.  High Tech Gamer Outlet will issue refund for the full purchase price less any shipping charges upon receipt of merchandise to be returned.

Shipping Policy:
Shipments are usually made within 72 hours but may take up to 7 Business days Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the sole responsibility of the Customer.  All personal and contact information provided by our customers is COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL.  Including, but not limited to e-mail address, name, phone #, billing information, information pertaining to gift recipients, etc.  is used SOLELY for order completion and billing.

All Customer billing and ordering information is completely secure. The pages Within High Tech Gamer Outlet are secured By Comodo with an assurance policy of $100,000.  High Tech Gamer Outlet sells in United States only.  No international sales.  All Orders will be charged the appropriate state sales tax rate as well as appropriate shipping rate.  Customers will receive confirmation of payment processed within  48 hours of order. Customers must  allow  9 to 12  business days to  receive merchandise.  We will notify all customers of confirmation  of payment and date of shipment as long as  an email address is supplied for the customer.  All shipments are sent via Fed Ex.  All Packages require signature upon delivery.  Customers may request that these not be sent or simply  opt out of the email return portion of the order form.  All customers may obtain copies of their receipts or their  tracking number by all Inquires
